Our reptiles are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or Delta Dash for more expensive orders or customers request. Guaranteed arrival time is 10:30 am to most areas within the United States (depending on your zip code). All guarantees are void , if someone is not there to accept delivery at time of arrival. We ship Monday thru Wednesday for Tuesday and Thursday delivery. We can ship Thursday or Friday for Friday or Saturday delivery at your request (however, it is not recommended) and all guarantees are void . Shipping will not be done on Holidays.
We cannot guarantee the sex of all hatchlings. Some species are difficult to determine sex i.e. Panther Chameleons, Savannah Monitors and Bearded Dragons. Jackson's & Veiled Chameleons can be sexed as newborns. Ball Pythons will be sexed prior to shipping. At certain ages Panthers & Bearded Dragons can be sex with about 100% accuracy.
We will confirm orders prior to shipping. We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F. Winter or summer packing will be used at no additional charge.
If possible, DOA's will be replaced with the same type of reptile or a reptile of equal value (shipping charges to be covered by customer), otherwise a refund will be given. On refunds, shipping charges are non-refundable.
We have a 7 day guarantee on all of our reptiles. We must be notified of any problem or concern within this 7 day period in order to maintain your guarantee. All DOA claims must be made within 24 hours of arrival. In order to obtain credit, you must save the animal's body for further instructions and verification.
Forms of payment include paypal , money orders, and personal checks. However, personal checks must clear the bank prior to shipping.
